Privacy policy

Premise
The user's personal data are used in compliance with the personal data protection principles established by EU Regulation 2016/679.
Furthermore, this Privacy Policy is intended to be provided only for the website www.hospitalityrome.com while it does not apply to other websites that may be consulted via external links. It is to be understood as information provided pursuant to art. 13 of current legislation to those who interact with the site and comply with Recommendation no. 2/2001 relating to minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Article 29 Working Group.
We inform you that the processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose and storage limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality. Your personal data will therefore be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of current legislation and the confidentiality obligations set out therein.

1 - Personal Data Object of the Processing
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with the identification of interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

b - purposes relating to the sending of newsletters, informative material or other information, for which the prior and explicit consent of the users is necessary;
c - purposes of statistical research/analysis on aggregate or anonymous data, without therefore the possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the functioning of the site, measuring traffic and evaluating usability and interest;
d - purposes relating to the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the Company is subject;
and - purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the jurisdictional authorities exercise their functions

3 - Legal basis
The provision of data is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them, in whole or in part, may result in the impossibility of providing the requested services.
The company processes users' optional data on the basis of consent, i.e. through the explicit approval of this privacy policy and in relation to the methods and purposes processed.
The user is free to provide personal data in the request forms to the Company or indicated in the contacts to request the sending of the newsletter, information material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

7 - Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 and national legislation, the interested party may, according to the methods and within the limits established by current legislation, exercise the following rights:

d - have information about the logic, methods and purposes of the processing;
and - request its updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data no longer necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected;
f - in cases of processing based on consent, receive your data provided to the owner, in a structured and readable form by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
